The layout is built using smart objects for all basic elements, which means that in order to customize it you do not need much effort. One time to change the item and these changes will be displayed for all similar elements in the layout.
To change the background, follow these steps:

Select one or several artboards

In the Property panel, select a color.
To change the image:

Double click on the Smart object with the name Image.

Drag and drop the new picture into the Smart Object.
To change font and text:
-
Double click on the Smart object with text (usually it has name Title or Subline)

Select the Type tool(T) to change font or text
