Access to our service denied!

Limited access to the service may have occurred due to a violation of the License to use Yandex Search Engine or a virus on your computer that is causing an abnormally high burden on Yandex's services.

Check that you haven't violated the License's terms

Carefully read the License to use Yandex Search Engine and make sure that there no programs are used on your computer or the computers in your subnetwork that violate the conditions listed in the document. Pay special attention to point 2.3.

Check the computer for viruses

You will need to check your computer for viruses. In addition to the anti-virus software that you usually use, it's better to run a check using an additional program from another manufacturer since all anti-virus programs use different virus databases. You can find a free or trial version of almost any anti-virus program on the internet.

If you connect to the internet using a Wi-Fi Hotspot or another connection type that allows several computers to connect to the network with one IP address, you will need to check for viruses on all computers connected with the same IP.

If you are sure that the License has not been violated and that your computer and computers on your subnetwork are not infected with a virus, wait a little bit. The restriction to access should be removed within half an hour.

If you cannot access the service, report this to us.
